Raised Panel, Steelback Insulated: 9.65 R-Value

Whether you have a small outdoor escape or a generous workshop, we’ve created an overhead garage doors that work for you. Enhance your standard raised panel garage door with the classic styling of a traditional wood door. These garage doors offer a steel backing on them to provide additional support and protection.
- Double-sided steel garage doors are 2” thick with tongue-and-groove design
- CFC-free, polystyrene insulation is secured in place with a urethane adhesive
- R-value: 9.65 (R-value testing is in accordance with ASTM C518 standards)
- Several types of window insert options available
- Glass options include frosted, plain, obscure, tinted and glue chip
- Accents Woodtones available in cedar, mahogany, dark oak, light oak and driftwood

Flush Wood Accent Overlay, Triple Layer Insulated: 17.54 R-Value
Designed and manufactured to portray the traditional carriage house overlay style, and utilizing our realistic woodtones, the Flush Overlay door showcases the versatility of our process with sixty design and color combinations. This model has a flush exterior surface and does not have any boards attached to the exterior.
- 2″ Thick CFC-free, polyurethane insulated base sections
- Thermally broken for added weather protection
- R-value: 17.54 (R-value testing is in accordance with ASTM C518 standards)
- Square top standard, optional arched top
- One set of Spade decorative hardware is standard for all doors; optional Barcelona or Wrought Iron designs replicate an old-world look

We start with carefully selected premium lumber that is milled with precision to uncover each board’s unique grain pattern. Only the highest quality boards, chosen for their natural design and texture, become part of our Accents Woodtones family.
Step 2: Digitally Craft Each Door
High-resolution digital scanning captures each detail of the wood and allows our design engineers to digitally construct each door board-by-board. This craftsmanship provides a non-repeating grain pattern that reflects the true color and appeal of real wood.
Step 3: Flawlessly Create Every Section
In order to ensure the classic woodtone appearance for the life of your door, the finished product is treated with an industry leading UV topcoat, providing years of protection from the natural elements.
